Create Project from Finder

When you find a promising tender in Finder, create a project to begin the bid decision process.

Creating a Project

Find a tender

Use search and filters to find a relevant opportunity.

View tender details

Click on the tender to see full information.

Click Create Project

Click the Create Project button.

Name your project

Give the project a clear, identifiable name.

Wait for analysis

Forgent imports the tender documents and analyzes them automatically.

Once your project is created, you can:

Check the tender details carefully. Make sure it’s relevant before creating a project.
Name projects clearly: “ABC Authority - Cloud Migration 2024” is better than “New Project”.
Before creating a project, verify you have enough time to prepare a quality response.
