Checklist

The Checklist is an AI-assisted questionnaire that helps you evaluate whether to pursue a tender. It answers your company’s internal decision criteria based on the tender documents.

What is the Checklist?

The Checklist contains questions your company typically asks when evaluating opportunities:
  • Is this strategically aligned with our goals?
  • Do we have capacity to deliver?
  • What’s the competitive landscape?
  • Is the timeline realistic?
  • What’s the win probability?
The AI reads the tender documents and pre-fills answers based on what it finds. You review, confirm, or edit these answers.
Checklist = “Do we want to bid?”It’s about your internal criteria, not the tender’s requirements (that’s Eligibility).

Using the Checklist

Open Checklist

In your project, click Checklist in the sidebar.

Review AI Answers

Each question shows an AI-generated answer based on the tender documents.

Verify Each Answer

For each question:
  • Confirm if the answer is correct
  • Edit if it needs adjustment
  • Flag if you need more information

Complete All Questions

Work through all questions to build a complete picture.

Make Your Decision

Based on the completed checklist, decide whether to bid.

Checklist Questions

Typical questions might include:

Your checklist questions come from your company’s bid/no-bid criteria. Contact your admin if you need to customize them.

AI-Assisted Answers

The AI analyzes tender documents to pre-fill answers:
  • Green check: AI found clear information
  • Yellow warning: AI found partial information, needs review
  • Red flag: AI couldn’t find relevant information
Always review AI answers. The AI provides a starting point, but final decisions should be based on human judgment.

After Completing Checklist

Once you’ve answered all questions:
  1. Review the summary – See overall bid attractiveness
  2. Consider Eligibility – Check if you meet hard requirements
  3. Make your decision – Bid or No Bid
  4. Document reasoning – Record why you decided this way
