Certifications are often mandatory requirements in tenders. Keep them organized in your Hub for automatic eligibility checking and easy inclusion in proposals.

Adding Certifications

Navigate to Hub

Go to HubCertifications.

Add New Certification

Click Add Certification.

Enter Details

Fill in the certification information:
  • Name: Official certification name
  • Issuing Body: Certifying organization
  • Issue Date: When granted
  • Expiry Date: When it expires (critical!)
  • Scope: What it covers

Upload Document

Attach the certificate PDF for reference.
Keep expiry dates current! Expired certifications can disqualify you from tenders. Set reminders to update certificates before they expire.

Best Practices

“ISO 27001 certified” is good. “ISO 27001 certified for cloud hosting services and data processing” is better—it enables more precise matching.
Create a system to review certifications quarterly. Expired certs in the Hub lead to failed eligibility checks.
If you have recent audit reports, add them. They provide additional credibility in proposals.
