Team profiles store information about key employees who appear in proposals—their qualifications, experience, and certifications.

What to Include

For each team member, capture:

Who to Add

Focus on team members who:
  • Lead projects – Project managers, team leads
  • Have required certifications – Those with PMP, ITIL, specific technical certs
  • Appear in proposals – Key personnel sections are common in tenders
  • Have relevant experience – Domain experts for your target industries
Start with 5-10 key people who appear most often in your proposals. You can always add more later.

Best Practices

Individual certifications expire too. Update them when team members renew.
“10+ years in SAP implementation with 15 successful projects” is more useful than “experienced SAP consultant”.
Link team members to specific project references where they played key roles.
If tenders in your industry use specific role titles (e.g., “Lead Consultant” vs “Senior Consultant”), use consistent terminology.
